I previously held brokers licenses in NH & MA. So when I tell you I have never met a Realtor that is more honest, hardworking, and professional than Kim I know what I am talking about. She is one of the hardest working Realtors I know. She kept me on top of every showing with feedback by email, she was there for every showing because I asked she be present, she notified me of every showing by email, text, and phone if I did not respond. Because she is a licensed appraiser she knows how high of a price you can get on your home for the extras and she has extensive real estate knowledge. In real estate they say location, location, location. I say awesome, awesome awesome. A true 10! Thanks Kim for an excellent job.
